Shipping & Returns

We at Transcendent Artworks strive to ensure that all Artworks purchased on this Website meets your  expectations when delivered to you.  To increase the level of certainty and comfort regarding your purchase, we will work to affirm the aesthetics of the artwork by collaborating with the artists to confirm size, medium, and quality to help facilitate your final decision.

Shipment of Paintings:

The cost of shipping/transport of returns is borne by the sender. Transcendent Artworks ships orders within the US and internationally. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support materials packaged to ensure the shipment of your purchase arrives as safe as possible as it travels from the artist’s studio to your home. Please report shipping damages to the shipping company/courier immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Before a customer can return a damaged painting, please contact us at info@transcendnetartworks.com or call 301-448-6318 immediately upon receipt.

 

Shipment of Sculptures (Stone/Masks):

Medium to large sculptures are shipped in a sturdy crate containing packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together. Due to the various weights, container sizes, and insurance protection available, we seek the most advantageous method for the delivery of your new sculpture. Packing, shipping, and insurance cost will be determined by the carrier and added separately.  There is no markup. and you will be directly billed. Applicable taxes may apply. Provide the title of the sculpture and shipping destination by entering into the Contact tab below within the information box. Thereafter, we will provide a full quote. Return Policy: 

Returns will be accepted by notifying Transcendent Artworks within 48 hours. After notification, the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return the mechandise at his/her own cost. Returned artworks without our prior consent will be rejected. Our consent for a return will be confirmed to you by email within 48 hours. Refunds will only be issued in the form of a credit towards the purchase of another artwork in inventory with the exception of an artwork that arrives damaged. If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer has the choice of either a refund or credit towards another artwork. 

  

If Artwork Arrives Damaged:

Step 1: Within 48 hours (2) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 301-448-6318 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday through Saturday or email info@transcendentartworks.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging.

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to info@transcendentartworks.com.

Step 4 - Transcendent Artworks support representative will contact you to discuss next steps. 

 

If Transcendent Artworks determines that damages to an artwork has not been caused by shipping/transportation, Transcendent Artworks will not refund the purchase price paid.
